For over 30 years, ONE Conference has been calling students to encounter Jesus, discover their purpose, and move forward in their faith.
From Generation Unleashed to ONE Conference: A Movement That Refuses to Stand Still
ONE Conference started as Generation Unleashed, a youth ministry at City Bible Church (now Mannahouse Church) in Portland, Oregon that grew into something much bigger. What began as a local gathering has become one of the Pacific Northwest's largest youth movements, drawing thousands of students and leaders every year to experience what God is doing.
We're first and foremost about transformation—helping young people move from routine religious practice to authentic, passionate faith. We believe it's not cliché to say that lives are changed in the presence of God. Year after year, students gather in Portland not just for an event, but for an encounter. They leave transformed, empowered to live authentically for God and create cultures of worship in their own churches and communities. This is ONE Conference—a movement that refuses to stand still, calling a generation to run their race with purpose, passion, and unwavering focus on Jesus.
We prioritize authentic worship and creating space for students to meet with Jesus.
Every session, every message, every song is grounded in Scripture and centered on the Gospel.
We invest in youth pastors and leaders through practical training and encouragement.
We believe the Church is stronger together. ONE Conference connects students and leaders across denominational lines.
Located in Portland, Oregon, Mannahouse Church is passionate about raising up the next generation and creating environments where young people can encounter God.

We want everyone to have an amazing time while staying safe! Here's the deal: Take care of the space—Mannahouse is hosting us, so let's treat it right. Keep worship SAFE—no sitting on shoulders, no crowd surfing, and be super aware of people around you, especially up front where it gets tight. If there's no space, don't push your way forward. Respect our DreamTeam—they're working hard to make this weekend incredible for you. Most importantly: have fun, enjoy yourself, and encounter Jesus! We're all here to run our race together, so let's look out for each other and make this the best ONE Conference yet.

Doors to the auditorium open before each session. Check out the conference schedule for the exact time.
Even better—we've got you covered! Each group will have specific sections reserved so you can sit together. No need to worry about saving individual seats or sending someone to camp out early. Your color community assignment ensures your whole group has a designated area, and those sections rotate throughout the conference so everyone gets different views. Just show up, find your color on the screens, and you're all set!
The leadership workshops are exclusively for youth leaders and pastors—this is your time! While students are in the main sessions experiencing worship and teaching, you'll be diving into practical ministry training, leadership development, and strategies to help you lead this generation well. These sessions are designed specifically for the challenges and opportunities you face in youth ministry. Students won't be attending these—they'll have their own incredible experience happening at the same time. So leaders, this is all for you!
We totally get it—big conferences can be a lot! Here's what to expect: worship will be LOUD with live music and hundreds of people singing, there may be strobe lights and visual effects, the auditorium gets pretty packed (especially up front), and there's a lot of energy and movement during sessions. If your student is sensory-sensitive, we recommend staying away from the front during worship—it gets extremely tight and crowded up there. Stick to the back or sides where there's more breathing room. If your student needs a break or quieter space, they can step out to the lobby where they can still watch the service but with less sensory overload. We recommend bringing noise-reducing headphones if sound is an issue. We want every student to be able to participate in a way that works for them!
There's a possibility we'll use strobe lighting and visual effects during worship sessions to create an immersive experience. If you or anyone in your group has epilepsy or sensitivity to light stimulation, please be aware of this. No worries though—if strobe lights are an issue for you, you're totally welcome to watch the service from the lobby during main sessions where you can still experience everything without the visual effects. Your safety and comfort matter to us!
Look for anyone wearing a staff or dream team lanyard—they're ONE Conference staff or volunteers and can help you out or point you in the right direction.

Portland in February can be pretty chilly and wet. We're talking temps around 40-50°F (4-10°C). Definitely bring layers, a warm jacket, and rain gear if you're heading outside!
Think layers! Bring a warm jacket, rain jacket or umbrella, and shoes that can handle wet weather. Better to have it and not need it!
Good idea! Bring cash or card for buying merch, grabbing food, and any other purchases you might want to make.
Keep it comfy and casual! Layers are smart since the venue temp can change. Just make sure you're dressing modestly and appropriately.
Here's your essentials list: Bible and notebook, pen or pencil, comfy clothes (layers are your friend!), reusable water bottle, cash or card for merch and food, toiletries and personal stuff (if you're staying overnight), sleeping bag/bedding (if you're using our housing), and don't forget your phone charger!
Definitely! Bring your Bible and a notebook so you can really engage with the teaching. You'll want to take notes, trust us.
You can bring food for meals—we encourage it! Just remember, no food allowed in the main auditorium.
We want to keep everyone safe, so here's what needs to stay home: weapons of any kind (including knives), illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, vaping devices, or any smoking products. If you're unsure about something, just ask! Our staff can help. Basically, if it could be dangerous, distracting, or disrespectful, leave it behind. Come ready to worship, learn, and connect!
Follow us on Instagram @oneyouthconference, jump on our email list, or check our website regularly. We'll keep you posted on everything!
